Amanda Hansen is a Registered Psychologist who has spent the last eight years working with couples and individuals experiencing a range of life and relationship challenges. She is passionate about helping her clients develop therapeutic goals, and working together to achieve lasting change.

Amanda uses a combination of both Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to tailor an approach suited to her client’s individual needs. Within this framework, she remains solution-focussed in her approach to counselling, and works collaboratively with clients to achieve goals. Amanda believes in the benefits of Mindfulness and taking valued action, and assists her clients to make choices guided by their values.
